The way it works in quick and simple terms is, the green coffee beans are loaded into the roast chamber. The roasting profiles and temperatures are selected, then we start roasting! Hot air is pumped through the roasting chamber with a high wind speed to keep the beans moving. The heat is distributed evenly throughout the roasting chamber ensuring each individual coffee bean gets the same amount of heat contact. This makes for a clean and consistent flavour every time!
