Before you start.

Is shipping included?

Yes — standard shipping is free on every subscription delivery, Australia-wide. Subscriptions run on 500g and 1kg bags so each delivery is worth posting; if you only need 250g, a one-off order is the way to go (free shipping on one-off orders kicks in over $150).

How does billing work?

You're charged when each order is roasted, not upfront for the whole run. The discount is applied automatically every time, and your card details are held by our payment provider rather than by us.

Can I skip or pause a delivery?

Yes — skip an individual order or pause the whole subscription from your account. Do it before the roast date and that cycle simply doesn't happen.

Can I change grind, size or frequency?

All three, any time, from your account. Change the grind when you change brew method, bump the size up if a bag isn't lasting, or shift the frequency if it's arriving faster than you're drinking it.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks — no notice period and no phone call. The full terms are in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy and our Terms of Service.

Can I subscribe to a single origin?

Not yet — subscriptions currently run on the four house blends. Single origins rotate with what's in season, so they're one-off orders for now.
