From the mountains around Santa Rosa de Copan, a historic coffee growing area near the Guatemala border. Coffee has been produced in this region for over a century and today is one of Honduras' most respected specialty coffee areas. The combination of mountain elevation, fertile soils, and careful hand harvesting allows farms to produce coffees that consistently score well.
