From the mountain ranges in the Chiapas, southern Mexico. This is one of Mexico's oldest and most respected coffee growing regions producing high quality beans. Many farms here are small family farms or cooperatives, and a large portion of the coffee is fair trade certified. Known for smooth chocolate, nutty sweetness and a clean finish.
