A specialty grade Peruvian Arabica coffee known for it's soft citrus sweetness and smooth body. This coffee comes from high altitude farms in the Andes. Cherries are harvested by hand, fermented, washed and sun dried. This processing helps highlight the clean citrus and sweetness typical of Peruvian coffee.
